Tayfun Acar received his BSc degree from Yildiz Technical University Faculty of Science Chemistry Department (2012) and MSc degree in Bioengineering Department at Yildiz Technical University under the supervision of Dr. Zeynep Mustafaeva Akdeste (2015). He is currently continuing his PhD studies on the topic of synthesis and characterization of synthetic peptide-polymer conjugates and nanoformulations against Ebola Virus. His research interest covers microwave assisted solid phase peptide synthesis, synthetic peptide vaccines, polymeric nano- and micro-particles.
